Return Policy

At SmartLiving.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To ensure your return is accepted, please follow these simple guidelines:

• The product should be in its original condition with no physical damage.
• The packaging must be intact, and the product should be returned in the same condition as it was received.
• A video of the parcel opening must be recorded to show the condition of the product upon receipt.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. We offer a full refund or exchange for returned items. Returns and refunds will be processed within 2-7 working days.

We do not charge any restocking fees, and there are no exceptions to our return policy.
